JPA Scholarship

Great news to those under JPA scholarship. The government will be giving back-dated allowance for the period starting from July 2007. The increment is around 23% up to 97% like so. Wa... No wonder our hostel was so empty last Friday when the allowance's out. Big Chinese New Year angpao for all! Seriously, it's REALLY BIG and GENEROUS! ^^
